visited today with my family for my sons birthday i found the service to be very poor had to wait 20 mins for desert and then they only gave us one which i had to collect myself. also when i took my 5 year old to use the toilet there was human waste on the wall

Excellent food, great staff and atmosphere. Recommend it to anyone.

This place is a disgrace. The food is nothing special just utilitarian meals that vary in portion sizes,quality and presentation. What really makes this place stand out from the crowd is the absolutely disgusting service you receive. Staff never smile, acknowledge customers or on occasions even bother to serve you until you ask them to. Never in my life have i encountered such aggressive, confrontational staff working in the public sector. For this place to succeed it needs to change its complete restaurant staff for people who enjoy working and dealing with the public. I will never be back nor will my family and friends(Ive made sure of that) Pull your socks up Waterside there is lots of competition out there.

i went to the waterside sunday just gone for a cavery and a treat to my dad seen as it was fathers day and i must admit the cavery was absolutley delicious the chef was well presented and chatty. i really enjoyed my visit and the waitress was very nice . i will definatly be going back and would recommend there to anyone.
